SERATA HALL SMALL BATCH GIN

INTRODUCTION

Agnes is our beautiful 120 lire copper still sits proudly in the centre of Serata Hall and we’ve created some lovely new gins with her. We distill our Tiny Tower Pink Gin and Tiny Tower Unicorn Gin on her.

IN THE VAPOUR BASKET Cubebs, Schizandra Berries, Lemon Grass, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel

TASTING NOTES

A great all-rounder, very flavourful. Made with more unusual botanicals like cubebs, carraway seeds and schizandra berries. Great for martinis or serve as a gin & tonic with Blood Orange & Cinnamon tonic, grapefruit, orange and a dash of orange bitters.
