Our second still, Grace, is a copper pot still imported from Portugal. She is perfect for distilling small batches of single botanical gin for our blending masterclasses.

TASTING NOTES

Canova Hall Small Batch Gin has more fruit flavours, with goji berries, apple, rosehip and a decent amount of lemon peel. Use an Elderflower & Lemon tonic, add a dash of Crème de Mûre, blueberries, blackberries and lemon peel
